General Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the website operated by Sciteg a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), users acknowledge and agree to the following principles and rules:

Information published on the Website is presented as an “investment project”. Each investment project is published under a unique numerical identifier without specifying the identity of the natural or legal person to whom the project relates.

The entity publishing an investment project is referred to as the “Applicant”. The entity expressing interest in a specific investment project is referred to as the “Investor”.

Only entities that meet the following conditions are entitled to publish an investment project or express interest in an existing one:

• natural persons must have no criminal record, and

• legal entities must not be subject to insolvency proceedings, bankruptcy, or liquidation under applicable legal regulations.

Sciteg a.s. does not verify or guarantee that any investment project complies with the legal regulations of the Czech Republic, nor does it verify whether such projects infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, including but not limited to copyright or industrial property rights (such as trademarks or patents).
If a third party asserts copyright or industrial property rights in relation to an investment project published by an Applicant, Sciteg a.s. reserves the right to remove or disable access to the relevant investment project on the Website without the Applicant’s consent. In such cases, Sciteg a.s. shall not be liable for any damage incurred by the Applicant or any third party.
Sciteg a.s. bears no responsibility for the implementation or execution of an investment project by an Investor, nor does it guarantee the originality of the investment project or the Applicant’s ownership or entitlement to it.
Sciteg a.s. does not assume any liability for agreements, obligations, commitments, or promises made between the Applicant and the Investor.
Sciteg a.s. is not responsible for assessing or guaranteeing the creditworthiness or solvency of the Investor.
Both the Applicant and the Investor acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and scope of any information they provide to Sciteg a.s. regarding their identity or the investment project.
Sciteg a.s. undertakes to process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, in particular Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.
Sciteg a.s. does not provide services within the meaning of Act No. 256/2004 Coll., on Capital Market Undertakings, as amended.

These General Terms and Conditions are valid and effective as of 21.12.2025 and are published on the Website.
